NVIDIA (NVDA.US) is applying to the U.S. government to resume sales of H20 chips to mainland China and anticipates to receive such approval soon, Reuters quoted people familiar with the matter. Meanwhile, Chinese companies are already flocking to place orders, and NVIDIA needs to submit these orders for U.S. government approval beforehand.
