In August, the average price per square meter of newly built residential properties across 100 cities in China reached RMB16,910, marking a structural MoM increase of 0.20% (a 2.73% growth on a YoY basis), thanks to the entry of improvement projects in some cities, according to data released by the China Index Academy (CIA).
