CATL Sells 20.6% Stake in Finland's Valmet Automotive

The Finnish government announced that it had agreed with Pontos to acquire a 20.6% stake in Valmet Automotive currently held by CATL (03750.HK), according to foreign media report. Valmet Automotive is a Finnish automotive manufacturing outsourcing company. The Finnish government did not disclose the acquisition price, while it will inject approximately EUR35 million of new capital into Valmet Automotive.
