UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK) unveiled that it officially signed yesterday (15th) a humanoid robot procurement contract with a prestigious A-share automotive technology company. The company will procure humanoid robot products and solutions from UBTECH ROBOTICS, primarily the latest Walker S2 model, with a total amount exceeding RMB32 million. These products cover factory manufacturing applications and are accompanied by embedded digital factory product services. The order is slated to be delivered by 2025. Following the acquisition of the world's largest single order for the latest Walker S2 humanoid robot in September, paired with this additional RMB32 million order, excluding the Tiangong Walker humanoid robot, UBTECH ROBOTICS' Walker series humanoid robots have secured nearly RMB500 million in contracts to date.
