HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) announced that a meeting of a committee of its board will be held on October 28 to consider the announcement of the earnings release for 3Q25 and the payment of a third interim dividend for 2025 on the ordinary shares. Subject to the approval and confirmation at the board meeting, the dividend will be payable on December 18 to holders of record on November 7 on the Principal register in the UK, the Hong Kong Overseas Branch register, the Bermuda Overseas Branch register and for holders of American Depositary Shares in New York.
