Iranian Official: No Plans to Negotiate with US

Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, clarified that Iran has no plans to negotiate with the US, dismissing reports that Iran is seeking to restart talks with the US.

Prior to this, US President Donald Trump had stated that Iran's new leadership expressed a desire to talk with him, and the US had agreed, believing that Iran should have done so earlier and proposed those very practical and easy-to-achieve solutions, but it had waited too long.
